We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important Notes:
- A forward shipping charge of ₹50 and a reverse pickup charge of ₹50 will apply to all orders.
- Refunds (after deducting applicable charges) will be processed within 3-4 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the existing item (following the return process) and place a separate order for the new item.
